Structure, Materials and Craftsmanship
The main beams are I-beam or channel steel and the subordinate beams are 5# channel steel. The top surface is patterned steel plate or grating, 50 mm. It offers anti-slip footing.
The heavy-duty structure uses 30# H-beams for main beams and 25# H-beams for minor beams to handle working loads up to 3,000 kg. Galvanised checkered plate anti-slip deck, 7-8 mm.
All nodes are entirely welded and the guardrails and toe boards are welded too. The lifting rings are bent to permit easy passage of steel wire ropes through them. The steel is coated with a rust-proof, anti-corrosion coating and painted with a yellow-black warning paint for visibility.
